About the role:
As a Marketing Executive within our Greyhound division, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Greyhound Marketing Manager in delivering engaging, creative campaigns that drive attendance and revenue across raceday and non-raceday activities. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in executing multi-channel campaigns and delivering outstanding brand experiences at our venues.
Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple Greyhound sites
Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing assets are on-brand, timely, and within budget
Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign materials are accurate and aligned with strategy
Conduct competitor research and report key insights
Identify and develop marketing partnerships with other venues and sporting organisations
Produce a weekly marketing activity report for the Marketing Manager
Help coordinate on-site promotional activity and data capture initiatives
Support post-campaign analysis and reporting
Work with CRM and Digital teams to ensure integrated and targeted campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
The person we are looking for as a Marketing Executive has…
A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related field
Confidence in supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with social media platforms, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
