WE'RE HIRING: SWIM SCHOOL COORDINATOR

Location: Aspire Leisure Centre
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

We're on the lookout for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Swim School Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of
our fantastic swim school. You'll manage timetables, staff, and standards – and help shape the future of our swimming lessons.

‍♂️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Overseeing and coordinating our swimming lesson programme

* Supporting and leading a brilliant team of swim teachers

* Ensuring top-tier customer care and safety

* Handling bookings, timetables, equipment and direct debits

* Maintaining high teaching standards using the Swim England framework

* Monitoring KPIs and supporting business planning

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves:

* Level 2 swimming teacher qualification

* Experience supervising or managing others

* Confident communicator and problem-solver

* Strong admin and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Proactive and independent attitude

Bonus points for:

* Experience managing a swim school

* Familiarity with SwimSoft or similar systems

* Lifeguard or First Aid qualifications
