About the Role:
As a Finisher, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of snagging and finishing works to the highest standards, ensuring that properties are prepared for handover to clients. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fixing cupboard doors
- Patching holes
- Tiling repairs
- Tiling repairs
- Ironmongery adjustments
- General snagging and defect rectification
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher on new build residential projects.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Own tools mainly hand tools, Drills, Adjustable etcups
