Summary
Despatch Coordinator (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
• Process online and in-person orders received by the sales team.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Arrange courier collections for UK, European, and international deliveries
• Print and manage courier labels for various shipping services
• Maintain stock levels, including reordering low stock and monitoring items with no movement over a 6- and 12-month period.
• Handle occasional telephone orders
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Full training provided
