Provide in-depth analysis and insights using advanced Excel and Power BI.

Collaborate across departments to enhance asset data and system integration.

Produce high-quality reports that support wider business decision-making.

Support PPC through business transformation and implementation of a new operating model

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in data analysis and management, particularly within social housing or similar regulated sectors.

Strong technical expertise in Excel (advanced level), Power BI

Demonstrated ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

A natural collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Experience working with housing systems like Open Housing, Total Mobile, or DRS is desirable.

This is a home-based role; however, due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate must live within the West Midlands and be able to attend our regional offices regularly for meetings and collaborative working.

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (or suitable alternative travel arrangements) is preferred to attend occasional office visits or meetings.

Family friendly policies including generous Paternity, Maternity, Shared Parental and Adoption leave plus 3 days paid Urgent Domestic Leave

Medicash membership for all employees which includes access to an employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership and exclusive discounts
