Location: Depor in Cumbernauld, deliveries across Central Scotland
OVERVIEW
What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Appliances Delivery Team as Drivers and Driver Assistants. In these roles, you will be responsible for safely delivering home appliances, electrical goods etc to multiple locations and to customers homes.
We can provide the van or you can use your own.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Goods: Transport heavy home appliances - fridges, freezers, washing machines, Televisions, etc to customers homes.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors and recipients, offering a positive representation of the client.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring all goods are securely placed in the van and safely delivered to the destination.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the van is kept clean and in good working condition, conducting basic checks and reporting any mechanical issues.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while driving, loading, and unloading, to ensure a safe environment for yourself, passengers, and the public.
Hours: Full Time including Weekends
