Summary
Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
Teaching life skills such as paying bills or using public transport.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
Supporting and encouraging people to develop personal skills by pursuing their interests and hobbies.
Providing practical and emotional support to individuals with health problems, mental disorders, and emotional difficulties.
Looking after the well-being of vulnerable people by assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Providing housing-related support to vulnerable adults and those from various and complex backgrounds, to support them with independent living, providing a low-level preventative service, with support to improve their skills, resilience, and pathways to independence.
