Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
Handles customer complaints and resolves issues promptly and politely
Schedules shifts and manages staff rotas to ensure proper coverage
Trains and motivates team members to maintain high service standards
Ensures the restaurant floor is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
Coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations
Monitors stock levels of front-of-house supplies and places orders when needed
Ensures health and safety and hygiene rules are followed
