Essential recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with one of the industry leaders in industrial supplies. Due to continued growth we now have the opportunity for pallet repairers to join their team on a 12 week temporary to permeant basis.
The ideal candidate must be ok with manual work, happy working in a yard area and have a flexible approach the work. In return you will be offered on the job training, production based bonuses, lots of overtime paid at time and a half and the opportunity to gain permanent employment.
Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour with attendance and production bonuses.
Hours:
Rotating shifts
Days 06:00-14:00
Afternoons 14:00-22:00
Benefits of the role:
• Monday – Friday role. Overtime available on weekends with great overtime.

Duties to include:
• Manual Handling and heavy lifting
• Moving Stock around the yard
• Operating hand held tools and nail guns
• Preparing damaged pallets
• Measuring and cutting wood down to size
Skills Required:
• Must be okay with hands on work.
• Previous woodwork experience is desirable but is not essential
Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks
