• Working 1:1 and in small groups with GCSE and A-Level students
• Assisting lead teachers with lesson preparation, feedback, and academic interventions
• Promoting a scholarly classroom culture with structure and encouragement
• Contributing to enrichment clubs, mentoring, or tutoring as required
