We are seeking someone who can help us engage, negotiate and deliver new contracts for these primary care elements as well as implement an assurance framework covering performance and quality that will allow us to notice good and bad practice and implement change as required and highlight excellent practice. We are also subcontracting other elements including a third sector partner organisation whom we work closely with and will be looking for this role to support and lead on elements of this work, again around contract assurance. We are looking for someone experienced in setting up contracts, negotiating terms and then creating good systems to monitor and evaluate them. This is a 12 month fixed term role linked to the mobilisation of the new contract. The Trust has a small internal contracts team and professional supervision will be provided by this team while the role will be managed and based within Sexual Health. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
