Office-based (East Kilbride) | Full-time | £25,000 starting salary

What You'll Do
✔️ Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
✔️ Support with queries, complaints, and day-to-day banking needs
✔️ Ensure compliance with internal processes and FCA regulations
✔️ Help improve the customer journey through feedback and collaboration
✔️ Perform admin duties with high attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience (Financial Services preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and organisational ability
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
