CMA Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with a high-growth, innovation-led business to recruit a Talent Partner based in Southampton, Hampshire. With a cutting-edge offering the business is expanding rapidly and seeking a strategically minded Talent Partner to drive recruitment, succession planning and early careers development. This is a newly created and highly visible role with scope to shape talent strategy and support scale-up across international offices.

What will the Talent Partner role involve?

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-value roles, working closely with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job boards, social media, and industry networking.
• Consult with international offices to adapt hiring processes that support timely delivery, while respecting regional variations.
• Identify key roles and create robust succession plans in partnership with senior leadership.
• Develop career pathways and progression plans to retain and develop high-potential internal talent.
• Design and manage early careers programmes including graduate schemes and university partnerships.

Suitable candidate for the Talent Partner vacancy:

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment in-house, ideally technical engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage hiring expectations across multiple regions.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing succession plans and development strategies.
• Experience building early careers programmes, from design through to delivery and evaluation.
• Familiarity with modern employer branding techniques and recruitment marketing.
• International exposure and ability to adapt hiring approaches across global teams.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
