Job description
Jobstore are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to take responsibility for the weekly cleaning in an office in Watford. This is a position covering long term sick, working 07.00am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday.
Applicants must have an enhanced DBS certificate and have previous hands-on experience of managing and organising small teams of cleaners.
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage a small team of cleaning operatives on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, managing daily task allocation, and supporting the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the team
Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Manage rotas, holiday requests, and sickness cover
Carry out audits as and when required
Help out with the cleaning duties when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a cleaning supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of health & safety in a cleaning environment
Enhanced DBS certificate
Excellent communication skills and previous leadership experience is essential for this position.
