A large national UK charity has an excellent opportunity within its highly experienced legal team for an experienced commercial property/real estate paralegal. This is a role that can be performed remotely and by which the successful candidate will be "based" out of one of the charity's regional hubs for the purposes of allocation.
My client is keen to recruit a candidate who has good tangible commercial property/real estate experience either working for a respected legal practice or within another organisation. It is absolutely essential for this role that candidates have a solid working knowledge of property documentation, title, unregistered land, Land Registry processes, and property searches. Although supervision will be available, my client is keen to find a candidate who can operate under minimal supervision and who has the ability to work independently given the remote-working nature of this position.
Of equal importance to my client is that the successful candidate shares a passion for the environmental cause that it seeks to advance. Therefore, only candidates with a particular interest in the environment are likely to be successful and be of interest to the charity.
