Are you an experienced conveyancing assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a New Build Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly conveyancing team in Harrogate.
This is a client-focused role ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in conveyancing, particularly within new build sales and purchases. You'll be part of a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and manage new conveyancing files using a Case Management System
- Issue contracts and assist with replying to enquiries
- Order searches and manage exchange/completion paperwork
- Draft and issue mortgage reports
- Provide regular updates to clients and deal with incoming enquiries
- General admin duties: filing, post, photocopying, archiving, and billing
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' experience in conveyancing (new build preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident IT user, comfortable with case management systems
- Friendly and professional manner with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload
- Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
