Summary
Neighbourhood Officer needed in Ferndown, £17.72ph PAYE - Reference: 5270959
This role is to cover a gap in the team before someone returns from maternity leave. The role will be covering East Dorset and we'll be looking for someone ideally with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
They will ideally be an experience housing professional.
Ideal candidates will -
Have experience of working in a customer facing role, approaching daily challenges enthusiastically with tenancy and estate management experience alongside a good knowledge of housing practice and legislation.
They will be able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and be confident to think on their feet to problem solve in the moment.
They will be liaising with our customers daily, so will ideally have experience of handling challenging situations with a wide variety of customers who’s needs will vary.
They must be organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing demands. They should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work at pace and will be a proficient user of IT including the Microsoft office suite.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
