Summary

We are looking for two enthusiastic and engaging Centre Attendants to join our team at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre in the following roles:

• LCF80C - Centre Attendant – 33.5 hours per week
Monday 6.30am-1.30pm
Tuesday 6.30am-1.30pm
Wednesday 6.30am-1.30pm
Thursday 6.30am-1.30pm
Sunday 8.00am-1.30pm

• LCF80A - Centre Attendant – 9 hours per week
Monday 6.30am-9.00am
Tuesday 6.30am-9.00am
Friday 6.30am-9.00am & 12.00pm-1.30pm

Please note - shift times may differ slightly prior to jobs being offered.

Centre Attendants are responsible for providing excellent lifeguard supervision of pool bathers throughout the day, alongside supporting the busy operation of the leisure centre. These additional tasks will include, cleaning, equipment set up and take down, customer service and more. We are looking for proactive, positive and driven lifeguards to join our highly success team, with a passion for water safety and drowning prevention.

Applicants must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification and be able to complete a full departmental test prior to being offered a job.

Successful candidates will also have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to always present a professional appearance and attitude.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- The ability to promote water safety and excellent lifeguarding skills.
