Summary

Start Date: July | Long-Term Rail Work | Competitive Rates

We are actively recruiting for experienced COSS (Controller of Site Safety) with full qualifications to support an upcoming infrastructure project across the Wales & Western region.

Job Details:
  • Location: Various sites across Wales & Western (specifics TBC)

  • Start Date: July 2025

  • Duration: Ongoing work for the right candidate

  • Pay Type: PAYE / Umbrella (TBC depending on contract)

Requirements:
  • Valid Sentinel Card with in-date COSS competency

  • Full First Aid at Work certificate (3-day)

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

  • Strong understanding of Safe System of Work procedures

  • Good communication and leadership on live rail sites

Key Duties:
  • Leading and maintaining safe systems of work for site staff

  • Conducting safety briefings and brief packs

  • Liaising with PICOPs, site managers, and teams

  • Ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and procedures
