As a Site Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site operations
• Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities and on-site workers
• Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety regulations
• Monitor work progress and assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct site inspections and audits and lead regular site progress meetings
• Manage on-site expenditures and track project costs
We’re looking for a Site Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Commercial exp as a Site Manager with projects up to £5M in value (new build/refurb)
• Strong leadership skills, people management and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification or willingness to undertake these
• A can-do attitude, happy to get hands dirty and be a team player
• UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
In return, the successful Site Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 to £55,000, along with the following benefits…
