What you’ll be doing:


  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the Contract Manager and liaising with clients
  • Preparing and managing documentation, attending meetings, and tracking correspondence
  • Managing contract paperwork and ensuring documents are filed and up to date
  • Monitoring key deadlines and obligations across multiple contracts
  • Assisting with contract templates and improving internal processes
  • Supporting contract delivery teams and helping keep multiple projects running smoothly


What we’re looking for:


You don’t need experience in contracts—we’ll provide full training. But we are looking for someone who:


  • Is highly organised and detail-focused
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Has great communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Is confident using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Has good written and numerical skills
  • Enjoys working in a busy, collaborative office environment
