Security Officer - Liverpool (Disclosure and Barring Service)Location: Merseyside, LiverpoolHours: 60 per week | Mon-Fri, 07:00-19:00Pay: £12.21 per hour
Join Mitie as a dedicated Security Officer, protecting people, property and assets at one of our key sites in Liverpool.
We're looking for a reliable professional to deliver exceptional service in line with site instructions and compliance standards. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, while ensuring all legal and client requirements are met.
What you'll do:
-Patrol and monitor premises to prevent loss or damage
-Follow site-specific assignment instructions and suggest improvements
-Stay alert and respond quickly to threats or incidents
-Maintain clear, accurate reports and communicate with emergency services if needed
-Ensure all legal and safety guidelines are followed
-Continuously develop through on-site training and upskilling
What we're looking for:
-Valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
-Previous security experience
-SC Clearance (preferred or willing to undergo)
-Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and initiative
