Salary: Circa £50,000.00
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Projects and Technical Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality property investment and maintenance projects at Coastline. You’ll oversee major works, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and provide expert technical advice across our housing and non-residential assets. This is a key leadership role focused on driving quality, value, and customer satisfaction, while managing budgets, contracts, and risk. If you’re passionate about making a difference in communities through excellent asset management, we’d love to hear from you.
A basic DBS and full driving licence is required for this role.
