Summary
The duties of Mobile and Laptop Repair Technician include diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, replacing damaged components, conducting functionality tests after repairs, maintaining accurate repair and inventory records, and traveling to customer locations using a fully equipped workshop van with a driver. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, be familiar with various mobile phone models and operating systems.
Education and Skills:
A minimum NQF Level 3 qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience. A minimum English language proficiency of CEFR level B1 is must for the role.
