Summary
The sign of a good business is retention of their staff and that is the case with this 5* housebuilder who’re looking to add a Customer Care Technician / Multi-Skilled Operative to their ranks. The last time I placed a technician with them was way back in 2020 and I asked ‘is Paul still there?’ and they said ‘yes, he’s still here, doing really well’ – 5 years and still going strong, that can’t be bad!
You’ll join a family firm that still holds true to their family values and you’ll be based around sites in and around the Wirral, Cheshire and Wrexham areas. As is the case with these roles, variety is often the name of the game – one minute you might be called in to do a basic meet and greet with a customer and the next you might need to get your hands busy on a plot.
The other four Technicians in the business all have a multi-skilled background and painting, decorating, tiling, joinery and plumping skillsets are always welcomed. The Construction Director told me that they’re looking to bring on 8 new sites in the next 12 months so there’s going to be plenty of work to get stuck into over the next few years.
