As we continue to grow our market share in the UK and internationally, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our strategic clients.
Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their packaging needs are met with efficiency, quality, and innovation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand client packaging requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with internal departments.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
