This role of DLP and SLS delivery lead sits in the Accelerated Development Scheme (ADS).

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of the Directors Leadership Programme and Senior Leadership Scheme for SCS 2 and SCS 1 in collaboration with the suppliers and internal learning design specialists.
  • Working with the private offices of Directors General and Permanent Secretaries for training programmes and other high level networking events and preparing briefings.
  • Team leadership to set an inclusive team culture to ensure high performance, development and engagement of team members.
  • Setting-up an alumni network of DLP and SLS’s graduates.
  • Creating networking and development opportunities in the line of continuous development framework and building community.
  • Overseeing and managing evaluation activities across the programmes in collaboration with Research and Evaluation Lead.
  • Overseeing the budget of multi million pounds working with the finance lead.
  • Regularly check-in with external suppliers on delivery schedule and make changes in the programme based on feedback received.
  • Providing high quality customer service to the participants of the DLP and SLS.
  • Data management of both programmes and timely response to relevant queries often received from Permanent Secretaries’ offices.
