Summary

Student Experience Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Carlisle College, part of NCG Group (a leading national provider of education and training) is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Student Experience Manager. This is a key position focused on making a real impact on student life across the College.

In this role you will lead on delivering a dynamic enrichment and engagement programme, embedding the learner voice strategy, supporting student wellbeing, and developing an inclusive, vibrant college experience.

A core part of the role is managing the Work Experience team to ensure all learners access high-quality placements that support their progression and personal development. You'll also oversee careers advice, student support services, and help promote the College through internal and external events.
