Summary
To provide nurse-led clinics in collaboration with Consultants. Communicate complex and sensitive information to patients and their carers Provide counselling and health education. Complete staff Off duty, Appraisals and back to work meetings Ability to communicate and establish relationships with the multidisciplinary team. Ability to communicate with a range of patient groups including foreign language Communicate clinical and administrative messages clearly and accurately to staff, clinicians, and others Attend and participate departmental or other relevant meetings as required. Ability to manage difficult and challenging situations.
