This full-time role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering both educational and personal care support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, and physical disabilities.

You will support students aged 11-19 with a range of needs, including personal hygiene, feeding, physical assistance, and mobility, while encouraging independence and dignity at all times.

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with physical, medical, and learning needs

Deliver personal care, including toileting, changing, feeding, and mobility support (training provided)
