What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting children in Reception and KS1 with complex learning or behavioural needs
• Working 1:1 and with small groups in the school’s Inclusion Hub
• Assisting with lesson adaptation, sensory activities, and behaviour plans
• Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
• Encouraging student development in emotional regulation and classroom participation
• Recording and communicating pupil progress with staff and families

Ideal Reception & KS1 Teaching Assistant For this Southwark School:
• A graduate who is passionate about inclusive education and child development
• Strong interest in becoming an Educational or Child Psychologist
• Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach
• Committed to full-time work from September 2025 to July 2026
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
• Previous experience with SEN or early years is advantageous but not essential
