Summary

Senior Sales Consultant

Salary: £44,301

Location: Farringdon

As the Senior Sales Consultant you'll be a front-line representative of Metropolitan Thames Valley and have the responsibility for the delivery of the sales budget. Responsible for supporting the overall resales process and performance, with a focus on sales compliance, ensuring an excellent customer experience culture is embedded throughout the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with sales consultants and third-party contractors, ensuring that homes are marketed in accordance with MTVH’s policies in line with eligibility, affordability and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent Customer Experience culture is embedded throughout the team – making sure all customers are given a consistent quality of information about their purchase
  • Building good relationships with Financial Advisers and Solicitors to support the delivery of the sales budget, attending regular reviews with the progression team to ensure those firms meet service level agreements.
  • Supporting marketing with marketing reviews, with a responsibility to ensure listings are accurate, effective and compliant.
  • Support external housing events and exhibitions as directed to promote the products and services offered by MTVH.
  • To ensure high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction always.
  • To carry out other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Senior Agency Sales Manager, such duties to be compatible with the level of this job description

Experience Required for the role:

  • Experience in a sales and customers service environment
  • Expert Knowledge of the sales process.
  • An understanding of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
  • IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills
