Assistant Aftersales Manager Role:
- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
Assistant Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Must have atleast 1+ years experience as a Assistant Aftersales / Service Manager or 5+ years experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealership
- Main dealership experience
- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license
