Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 or 07:00 – 17:00 (rota basis) Overtime available and paid additionally

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join the busy aftersales team at our Toyota Croydon dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most respected Toyota retailers, working within a well-established team in a professional, customer-focused environment.
With strong earning potential, manufacturer-backed training, and a supportive management team, this is the ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in automotive parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist trade, retail, and internal workshop customers with accurate parts identification and supply
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and counter enquiries promptly and professionally
- Advise customers on parts availability, pricing, and order timescales
- Process parts orders and maintain stock records using in-house dealer management systems
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock deliveries
- Pick and pack orders accurately for collection or delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a car dealership or motor parts company
- Good working knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT literacy, ideally with experience using Dealer Management Systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK)
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
