Solar PV Sales Manager
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits

Our client, an established multi-sector business with a growing Solar PV division, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand this high-potential area. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Solar PV sales team
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, closing deals
• Oversee project delivery: materials, subcontractors, timelines
• Develop and improve internal processes and SOPs
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities to grow the division further

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in the Solar PV industry (essential)
Strong sales and leadership skills
Hands-on, proactive approach
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
Able to commute to Blackburn (hybrid working)
