Job Opportunity: Duct Fitter & Duct Mate (London)
Location: London
Start Date: 30th June 2025
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate:
• Duct Fitter: £26 – £27 per hour (depending on experience)
• Duct Mate: £16 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Fitter and a reliable Duct Mate to join a long-term project based in London. The role involves working on a 4-storey hotel development, focusing on galvanised ductwork installation.
Scope of Works:
• Installation of galvanised ductwork across all four floors of the hotel project
• Adhering to site drawings and specifications
• Working as part of a team to ensure timely completion
• Collaborating with other trades and site managers to maintain safe and efficient operations
Tools & Equipment:
• Standard hand and power tools required for ductwork installation (applicants must supply their own)
• Standard PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn at all times
Requirements:
• Duct Fitter: Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Skilled Worker Card
• Duct Mate: Valid Green CSCS Labourer Card
• Valid IPAF certification (for working at height access)
• Proven experience in similar commercial ducting projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow site health & safety regulations
