Summary
Our client is looking for Children Home Care (Residential Individual) for West Sussex Area
- Monday to Friday Full Time Job Permanent.
Requirements.
- must have experience in the field
- Must have Full UK driving license
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Safeguarding training
- years' leadership experience in a children's residential setting Proven track record of successful regulatory inspection outcomes Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and processes Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams Skills & Competencies Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, guide and hold others accountable Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills Strong ability to analyse data, write reports, and lead service improvement Deep commitment to child-centred, therapeutic practice Our Commitment The Old Farm Children's Home is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
