As the Head of Operations, you will lead all factory operations and oversee the overall manufacturing strategy, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. These KPIs include quality, health and safety, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
This role emphasizes both people and processes. It will be your responsibility to implement strategic processes that drive success. The business requires an influential leader who can inspire the team, provide a clear vision, and foster a high-performing culture.
You will play a crucial role in promoting operational excellence across the site, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
To succeed in this position, you must be pragmatic, influential, commercially adept, and possess strong financial acumen.
To be considered for this role, you should have site leadership experience in the food manufacturing sector and a proven track record of leading large teams in fast-paced and highly complex environments.
