• Have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a wide variety of people across the school community
• Have good ICT skills
• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• A pro-active approach and attention to detail
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Be diplomatic when dealing with difficult situations
