Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed and positive individual to assist in the running of the SEND Department. Working closely with the SENCO you will take an active interest in the wider aspects of Learning Support and Inclusion within the school.
You will be required to:
• support the SENCO in aspects of the management of the SEND team and delivery of its services.
• liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that effective provision is in place for students with SEN.
• contribute to the success of The Radclyffe School community through the ongoing development of the school’s environment and ethos.
• lead by example, develop teamwork, actively promote the school’s corporate policies in pursuit of the school’s goal of corporate excellence.

This position will be based at The Radclyffe School but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
