Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician and IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate effectively, thus providing excellent customer service to staff, students, trustees, and governors.

The role of Technician would have a focus on day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting, whilst the role of Systems Engineer would also include added responsibilities for maintenance, deployment, infrastructure and IT systems development.

Broadly, candidates should have:

• Up to date knowledge and understanding of IT developments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Skills and experience in hardware and software troubleshooting including experience of the current windows client operating systems.
• A strong ability to use basic applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• A strong teamwork ethos and ability to work as part of a team.
• adaptability, self motivation and are able to prioritse and organise own workload.
