Summary
**SHIFT SUPERVISOR REQUIRED IN SUDBURY**
Our client based in Sudbury, a local company requires a Shift Supervisor on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our client offers: £15.00 per hour + will also build up holiday as you work on top of the pay Temp to Perm Role Organised working environment Job Role: The client is looking for a Shift Supervisor in their factory tto work on a rotating shift pattern.
Working 2 shifts (Earlies & Lates) covering from 06:00 to 22:00 and willing to work overtime as and when the business requires. However, due to the demand of our excellent range of products may require some flexibility to assist coverage. Able to make clear, concise decisions on a day-to-day basis, organising a small team of staff, can delegate tasks, build a good working relationship with employees, peers and Managers. Supervise the daily production, baking and packing operations on both sides. Ensure all equipment is operated effectively by machine operators at all times, and are maintained and operated in accordance of manufacturers instructions. Actively participating in achieving the companys goals and/by encouraging, involving others to work on best practises, continuous improvement, good housekeeping and Health & Safety. Continuously manage the product materials and packaging stock levels/rotation. Achieve productivity and performance targets including any other KPIs set by the company. Provide adequate supervision, training and development of staff, to satisfactorily achieve the required output and standard expected by the company. Shift: Working on a rotational shift pattern from 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday).
