The Collective Community Trust is a newly formed Trust responsible for six primary schools. As a central team we are committed to providing high quality support services to support the schools in the Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Midday Supervisor to join our team of caring, committed professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our school team, based at Heaton Park Primary School. Our aim is to ensure that Heaton Park is a happy, safe, attractive and motivating environment where everyone can fulfil their full potential. Our school motto is “Enjoy, Aim High and Achieve”.
We are looking for a Midday Assistant who will help and interact with our children, in order for them to; be safe, engage in play, be active, develop important social skills for life and most importantly to have fun at lunch time (both in the dining hall and outdoors in our wonderful environment here at Heaton Park).
You will be enthusiastic and have the ability to offer excellent skills to support the play, learning and development of children throughout their lunchtime session, working with children across all ages 3-11.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside our existing team during our lunchtime provision. Experience of working as part of a team and with children is desirable but not essential. If you feel you could make a positive contribution to our school, we would be pleased to receive an application from you.
It would be possible to combine this post with an additional out of school club playworker.
Hours of work will be 11:45 - 13:00, Monday-Friday, term time only.
We will offer:
Fabulous children, full of potential who work hard
Supportive governors, parents and a supportive, friendly teaching team
Opportunities for professional development
A friendly and positive staff who are committed to the vision and values of the trust
A forward-thinking Trust who values strong collaboration and has a clear sense of strategic direction
A Trust that is innovative and continuously seeking opportunities to further improve and develop
