Teaching Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 pro rata

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 17.5 per week

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-12.30pm (flexible)

Start Date: 1st September 2025


The Governors of this popular and successful primary school wish to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking, Level 2 teaching assistant to join our friendly dedicated and successful school team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will work primarily in EYFS.


We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Practicing Catholic or are fully committed to the Catholic ethos of our school.
  • Is committed to safeguarding children and families
  • Can work with individual and small groups of pupils
  • Understanding of supporting children with SEND needs
  • Enthusiastic, hard -working and well- motivated.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
