Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behaviour Support team at Ralph Allen. The Behaviour Support team play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of behaviour and learning are supported throughout our School. The successful candidate will:Have experience working with challenging behaviourBe passionate about supporting young people’s Mental HealthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm, patient and supportive in challenging situationsA willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of studentsIn return, we can offer a friendly, stimulating work environment where you will be supported by an outstanding Senior Leadership Team and wider Trust colleagues. The successful candidate will be appointed on their skills and experience, however, as important will be your approach, attitude, and beliefs. The role is full time (37 hours per week), term time only plus one Trust Development Day and one further school INSET. It is a fixed term contract, to start as soon as possible and initially until 31st August 2026. Paid at Grade 5, point 11-15. The actual starting salary is £22,973.88 pa.
