Summary

We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant, to join our committed team. This is a temporary, part-time post, for someone to support our pupils with Special Educational Needs. The post is term-time only, from 8:45am-3:15pm (these timings can be discussed). It would be for 39 weeks a year including 5 INSET Days. Hours are flexible to meet pupil needs. This equates to a minimum £24,872- £26,636 full time equivalent. Pro-rata salary will depend on agreed hours per week. Our children are looking for: · Someone who has experience of working with children and is a champion for SEND pupils · Has an understanding of how young people learn · Has an enthusiastic, confident and positive approach · Someone who brings the best out in other people and enjoys working as part of a team · A proactive approach to professional development
