Summary
About the role of Project Commercial Manager
As the lead for this £ 135 million project you will work with the team Project Manager and lead Quantity Surveyor, on the project and deal with the high level financial and cost control elements of the project including draw downs and financial reports for the scheme working in with the delivery team to successfully deliver this project and return the potentially healthy profits ..
you will be responsible for the entire commercial success of the project as well form cash flow to EOT / claims on the project which is a bespoke on JCT from of contract .
Key Responsibilities as Project Commercial Manager:
- Involvement in cash flow / cost control
- Claims / final accounts assistance on sub-contract packages
- Cost reporting and conducting monthly CVR's to report to the Board of Directors
Key Requirements for this Project Commercial Manager role:
- Have the full right to work in the UK
- Come from a developer / main contracting background
- Be experienced in administering JCT forms of contract
- Be happy to commute to sites in Dorset
