Summary
Our client:
Hays are partnered with a national refurbishment contractor who is in need of a reliable and experienced freelance site manager for a duration of 12 weeks to supervise their refurbishment of a commercial building in the Barmouth area.
Your new role:
- Overseeing H&S on site
- Managing subcontractors and labour teams
- Programming
- Client liaison
- Ensuring QA
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
- Previous refurb experience is essential
- An electrical background is desirable
- Live locally to the area
- Available as of mid-July
- Previous UK experience and Right to Work are essential
