Summary
We are a nurturing and inclusive educational setting committed to supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
- Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
