High-Profile Project for a Globally Recognised Motorsport Client

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead the full electrical delivery of a prestigious £4M M&E CAT B fitout based in Wantage. This is a fast-paced, technically demanding project for a world-renowned motorsport brand, where precision, programme control, and coordination are absolutely critical.

The Role:

As the Electrical PM, you’ll take ownership of the electrical scope from design stage through to practical completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interrogating specifications and raising RFIs where necessary


  • Reviewing and assessing the suitability of working drawings for electricians


  • Leading technical submittals across the full package—distribution boards to lighting


  • Coordinating closely with the preconstruction team to define realistic procurement strategies


  • Supporting robust cost control and change management throughout


  • Ensuring quality, compliance, and timeline targets are consistently met


    You will be embedded on-site, with scope for hybrid working depending on project needs. A hands-on, proactive mindset is essential—this is a live environment build, and momentum is everything.

    ✅ Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing CAT B fitouts of a similar size and complexity


    • Strong technical understanding of electrical packages within fast-track environments


    • Comfortable interrogating design documentation and coordinating technical submissions


    • Confident communicator and team leader, with a track record of delivery in occupied buildings


    • Able to start immediately.
